    Irish Smoked Salmon, lashings of good butter and some nice Soda bread..... i'm drooling over my keyboard.

    Canadian smoked salmon just isn't the same, and its stupidly expensive.

    From looking at the customs web page it looks like you can bring cooked sausages to canada.

    That is good news. Let this be the end of Irish people trying to bring rashers, sausages, puddings, bacon and cabbage, turnips and potatoes through Canadian customs or sending them in the post.
