Is Outlook 2013 calendar live, similar to Google calendar?

    Ok so I uninstalled 2013 without backing up .pst files.

    I have done this previously and so far as mail is concerned, .pst is no longer a requirement.

    However this is the first time I have not exported calendar before uninstalling. I restored laptop back to a previous date and it looks as though all appointments are through, even ones entered after the date I restored it to.

    So basically will my calendar be up to date? I can't seem to find a definitive answer anywhere.

    After uninstalling Outlook 2013, profile moves towards location, mentioned below:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Profiles

    But, It is limited to IMAP type accounts only.

    Another thing, Google calendar is quite different from MS Outlook calendar. But, you can configure 'Google Calendar' into Outlook 2013 manually.

    login to live.com and see if your Calendar are there
