How do I know if a reported post is visible to all mods of a sub-forum? Can one co-moderator intercept all reported messages to the exclusion of all others?

No. If you report a post it goes to a dedicated Reported Posts forum and all the forum mods get an e-mail alerting them to the fact that a post has been reported.
