Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

Going to build a garage via Direc Labour and trying to get a handle on the costs.
    Planning on a garage approx 18ft x 26ft - double leaf.

What are we looking at in terms of

    - blocklayer including foundation, window cills etc ?
    - roofing and tiles ?
    - windows and garage door
    - insulation
    - electricity points/lights

    Any ideas of current costs.

    Thanks in advance

Speak to a QS? Saving that, approach some builders, get a few quotes and that will be your cost.
