Aeroccino 3 - best milk?

I recently got a Inissia Nespresso machine and an Aeroccino milk frother. I fancy chancing my hand at some latte art. :) I know with a proper steam wand I'd have much more control of the milk texture but wondering if any Aeroccino users here have a recommended milk as that seems to be the main variable I have to play with.…

Any recommendations to jump-start the search? I've only tried full fat (4%) so far and it seems to create too thick a foam. I've a decent pouring jug on the way.
