    Hi

    I have been gardening for years and have a great interest in growing my own plants. Following encouragement from friends and family, I have decided to start a small plant nursery from my home. I have been looking for information on any regulations but can't find any. I know I would need public liability insurance but does anyone know what else I need to do before I start selling plants that I have grown myself?

    I'd check to see if you need planning permission for change of use.
