cant login to playstation store on ps3?

i can't login to playstation store on my ps3 since updating the system and the store app. i am signed into psn, and internet is working. i did delete the app and reinstalled it as suggested elsewhere but no change. it just shows the loading animation for about 2 minutes then reboots the system. anyone know why? i can…
