How much to write for this Business Qs

    Explain the different types of financial and non-financial rewards for employees
    in a business. (20 marks)

    would writting 3 monterary and 3 non monetary rewards be okay or would I have to write all of them.

    So for example for monteray I could write about:
    Wages(time rate and piece rate)
    Commision
    Performance related pay

    non-monetary
    share ownership
    benefit in kind

    Usually the marks would be broken down into something like:

    10 marks for Financial Rewards (5 marks per reward - 2 for stating it, 3 for explaining)
    10 marks for Non-Financial Rewards (5 marks per reward - 2 for stating it, 3 for explaining).

    So you actually only need to outline two of each type of rewards.
