Hi I recently had a prepay meter installed but it is outside and apart form the inconvenience of having to stand in the rain to top it up I can't hear if the alarm is going off! I don't want to get caught with it suddenly switching off, is there anything I can buy to be able to see what my balance is from inside the house?

Thank you for your message.

There are two different types of Pay As You Go meter. If your old meter outside was replaced with a Pay As You Go meter, you have to top up on the actual meter. There is no device that you to allow you check your balance indoors. We can only recommend keeping a regular eye on your balance.
