Hi, I'm just wondering if its possible to add parties to a mortgage? Its an investment property with one couple on the books - we'd like to add a 2nd couple. It's a Danske loan (old NIB), I phoned them an was told no by the agent on the phone who didn't seem to know whole lot. I'm waiting on a call back from a manager.

Can't be done, would need a new mortgage.
