Mortgage signed over to wife

If i got a mortgage, just before i married, can i put wife name on mortgage and deeds off house instead. is their a way a court even could possibly enforce it or are banks untouchable.

You can't put her name on the mortgage. You can't adjust the deeds without the banks permission as they will have them in their possession until the mortgage is payed off.
