    Hi
I hope someone can help. last year my carers allowance was stopped. My son who is in an Autism Unit was deemed not disabled enough for me to "care" for him(HAS TOILETING PROBLEMS, UNABLE TO BE LEFT ON HIS OWN, etc etc) he does receive disability allow. however, since my carers was stopped, the household benefit package (which really helped) stopped. I am unable to get this package I believe unless we put all our bills, ESB, tv licence etc into my 16 year old sons name. Can someone please help.

Even if you get his name on the electric bill you will still be disqualified because he is living with you and from what you say you aren't getting a qualifying payment.
You need to reapply for carers.
Go to your local Citizens Information Centre and ask for their help.
