Western Red Cedar laths for Garfden fencing

All, I have a lot of fencing to do - love the look of horizontal cedar laths (44*19 or thereabouts). Pricing is coming in pretty steep for both pao or rough sawn boards - anyone have any alternative ideas ? Or can anyone point me towards a good (cheaper) supplier ? Thanks.
