    I'm divorced with a pension adjustment order, in the event of her death will the full pension revert to me?.

    Pension adjustment orders can be made over contingent benefits i.e. death in service type benefits and retirement benefits i.e. benefits taken when you retire (broadly speaking).

    An order in relation to a contingent benefit ceases on the death of the beneficiary however an order in relation to a retirement benefit doesn't.
