    Hi

    Sorry completely stumped with this

    I have a table with 33, 45, 21 etc. and I want to make a chart

When I try to format these number as % it gives me 3300%, 4500%, 2100% etc

    How do I get it so that it's just 33%, 45%, 21%

    Thanks!

Write them as .33 etc and then format or write as 33% with the percentage sign.

Thanks is there a speedy way to do this for a large dataset?

If I have 53 how can I make it .53?

Have you got an empty column beside the values? If you do, put the formula =A1/100 into it(assuming the 53 is in cell A1) and then drag the formula down the rest of the column.
