Chromecast & UPC Question

I have: 1. A Chromecast 2. UPC 50MBps package with quite good results on Wifi (see here) 3. Chromecast & Router are within inches of each other. I still get choppy video when I cast. Any ideas on how to improve this please?

Don't put them within inches of each other.
