Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey, people, leave those bees alone.

All and all you're just an-other prick in the world.

    Pink flied.

Are you watching The Wizard of Oz whilst listening to that?

So my wife just lets out an almighty scream from the kitchen, I go running in and there's a bee flying around (she's terrified of bees) and she tells me to "get him out!" ......... so I killed him.
She flips out, she's had a go at me before for killing spiders/mice etc. ......... what is it with this new attitude of not killing vermin and creepy crawlies?
They're an uninvited and unwanted "guest" who'd kill YOU without a moments hesitation if they could!

Bees are great and they only attack when they feel threatened or when their hive is in danger. They only have the one stinger/life to use, not like wasps. Wasps are evil.

I wouldn't kill bees, they're doing no harm, or spiders. Always good to have a spider around, he'll take care of a lot of the other creepy crawlies for you :)

I would never kill a bee. I usually just trap them in a jamjar and release them outside. I tried the same thing with a dog once but unfortunately, during the melee, it perished.

Wouldn't have a problem killing most creepy crawleys/bees or problem animals. Wasn't sure about wild cats but we have possums living in the back garden and attack and wouldn't hesitate to take them out very freaky animals when they're in heat and howling.

I generally have the philosophy with insects and flies/bees - don´t annoy me I won't annoy you - except cockroaches and wasps ... those f*ckers DIE!!!!!

A big roundly fat bee having to struggle and flap its wings at close to the speed of light to move around and pollinate for your benefit in future food production is a dedicated project from the bee. Give the little guys some respect you uneducated Neanderthals.

A bee won't sting you unless it is on your arm/hand or leg and pressure is put on the bee, then it will sting and die. Would you use your only once-off weapon just for the buzz ? of course not. Don't forget folks as we are probably coming into summer now 'I think' give a tired bee watered sugar, let it pollinate and continue to go about its business to make all the richness of food-stuffs we enjoy each day.

Or kill them and make your food sh!te.

Talking about buzzing........... Where did that pollinated bud go.

The european wasp and the african wasp mix will be a problem. The wasps we have now are nothing compared to this new wasp. coming soon to a county near you.

I wouldn't go saying "it's cruel to kill a spider" or anything like that, I just prefer to put them outside if I can

I'd be annoyed with someone killing bumble bees as they are harmless and actually contribute a lot to our ecosystem as pollinators
