Really feel for Ulster following that. Questions should be asked about that second half display. Kicking the ball out twice on the full at the start of that half seemed to set the template for Ulster.

As for the Matawalu incident. The wife walked into the room when the TV showed the replay, she glanced at the screen. 'You watching Soccer?'
    Says everything.

    I certainly don't.

They sent over a shambolic side last week in order to do the business this week, and failed miserably.

Pienaar really needed to bring his experience to the table when things started getting shaky, but didn't. Fall off to Marshall at 9 is worrying for Ulster.

I'd prefer to see Glasgow win it than the Ospreys, but I'm not sure they'd beat them.

I really wanted and expected Ulster to win yesterday but they left it behind them. I think post-match interviews of the beaten team so soon after the whistle are a cruel torture. It was hard to watch Rory Best speaking afterwards, he was understandably emotional.

Ulster really need to look at their discipline. If they really believe refs are picking on them then they need to stop giving them opportunities to punish them.

The Matawalu incident is sad to see but there's more than an element of people in glass houses with Ferris condemning him for it. He was responsible for a similar thing for Ireland a few years back in the AI's, either against Samoa or Argentina I'm not sure.

I really expected Ulster to do the business yesterday but silly errors in the second half cost them. As a Munster fan I would much rather face Glasgow in Belfast than Ulster (should we beat Ospreys)

    Second that.
Munster fan myself too. And as an irish supporter...christ almighty, how immense were payne, henry, Henderson and gilroy last night?! Fook me they blew me away with how impressive they were.
    Outstanding. Best too.

    The future is indeed bright!

    Don't remember that at all.

Rob Kearney is quite bad for it too.

Not sure about Gilroy to be honest.

The rest were good plus PJ, in the first half Jackson was imperious at 10. Henry and Henderson magnificent and I thought Payne was close to our best player.

An opposition player pushed him and as I recall he took a dive holding his face, it was a really surprising and stupid thing to do, he realised himself fairly quickly and copped himself on but he can't exactly be casting judgement on Matawalu, bad as his behavior was.

Can't recall any incidents with Kearney.

I've noticed him milking a few incidents recently for Ireland and cringing at it. Nothing major or anything remotely like Matawalu but it's happened.
