Runners for specialised insoles

    Hi I need some advice

I have flat feet and was running for years with the wrong shoes. I assumed lunarglides were good for flat footed runners but apparently not. I now have knee problems because I was running with the wrong runners.

I now have specialised insoles that I got from a physio but need to get neutral runners but not sure what ones to be? My price range would be max 100 euro

    Thanks

To be honest skimping on footwear will do your orthotics no favours.

To get the most from them they need to be combined with a proper shoe. If you have not been recommended a shoe to compliment the orthotics I would question the reason or need for them.

Depending on the height and width of the orthotic the best shoes in my experience are Brooks Dyad, Saucony Ride or Mizuno Rider. All generally in the €120-130 area.
