    Hi,

    I have recently received a letter from a debt collection agency looking for payment on an overdue account. This is despite me being assured a few weeks ago that that I had been incorrectly billed . Can an eircom rep please contact me to get this issue resolved? I have been frustrated so far by dealing with customer care throughout the whole process and am hoping to get this issue resolved via this forum.
