Does anyone know where in Kerry that one could use an ice-bath Please? Ice-bath just sounds perfect and inviting to me. I know somewhere that offers an ice-shower, but not the same experience that I need.

    Many Thanks,

Are you looking for something as part of a spa treatment, I think the nearest you'll get to it is a plunge pool but not all hotel with spas have them. If you are near the sea / lake would you not just jump in or else make your own ice bath. You can buy big bags of ice in Tescos and off licences pretty cheaply. I've seen people fill up their wheelie bin with cold water and ice and stand in it for a few minutes after a tough session.
Tbh I never had much relief from ice baths maybe thats just me, I much prefer an epsom salts bath and massage with a foam roller.

We used to use Mortar Tubs with a tap put in the bottom to let the water out.
