Not been a thread in a few years from what I can see and a lot may have changed.

Been a while since I've had a proper fry in Dublin and The Kingfisher was the place.
    Still as good?

There'll be a heap of pints after so I'm not worried about the calories!

In my opinion the Kingfisher has slipped in recent times, I used to love that place.
I still enjoy the fry in the Earl on nth. Earl street

    I'm sorry to hear that.
Hoping for somewhere around D1 or D2.

Dublin's not good for breakfasts. But, Brother Hubbards are good. Unfortunately, their not open early enough for me at the weekend.

Metro Cafe is fecking great. Love that place, particularly the pancakes.

I'd also recommend the breakfast in Eddie Rockets, it's not the place one would immediately think of eating breakfast, but it's lovely.

Paddy's Place in the Smithfield fruit market always did some good early morning nose-bag, don't know whether it's still there though, been a long time.

Ann's in henry street is all pre-cooked and lying there. Brendan's in Smithfield beside the fruit market is the best fry going. Mug of tea and batch smothered in butter

Cafe Sofia on Wexford St has long been my favourite

I agree about the Kingfisher - not as nice as it used to be - must try the Earl on Earl St

Elephant and Castle in Temple bar do the best scrambled eggs in the city. The Queen of tarts as well are fab.
