Getting from Saggart to Blackrock - No idea where to start...

Anyone able to advise on transport from Saggart (accommodation is directly opposite the last Luas Red Line stop) going to Elite Fitness in Blackrock. It really could be worse, you could be doing it in the middle of winter when the schools are all back in. You sound like you're doing it during the school hols and when there's still relatively fine weather, bring some music and a book and you'll get into a rhythm, and before you know it, it will be done!
