    I was issued a new card in December but haven't used it since I got it. Can I still use it today if I need too?

    Is this a Visa Debit Card you have? This can be activated up until the expiry date showing on the front of the card. If you are unsure of your 4 digit PIN for this card, this can be reissued to the address on your account by calling BOI Direct on 0818 365 365 / 00353 140 44000. 

    Our Reps are available Mon-Fri 8 am-12 midnight. Sat,Sun & Bank Holidays 9 am -6 pm.
