City centre rehearsal room available

    Excellent location in City Centre, just off Exchequer Street, very secure. Has some storage space (but it's not a storage room!), heaters, dehumidifier, etc.

    Price is €200 / month for 1 weekday evening and 1/2 weekend slots per week, sharing with 4 other bands.
