No update in 11 hours from DHL, my phone left DHL at 11 pm last night there should be something by now.

If you are able to track it to there, I'd imagine it's safe enough. They probably were moving it from station to truck last night, and it's out with deliveries today.

Couriers like DHL often operate between 9AM and 5PM for deliveries I think (at least in my experience).

You could always give them a call, they'd be able to give you an update if you can expect it today or not.

Guys, I'm looking for some help please. I'm looking for 2 different phones, and I've been looking at reviews and YouTube, and just end up going round in circles and getting more confused 😕. Any pointers would really be appreciated!

The first one is a replacement for a xiaomi redmi s1. Needs to be same size or up to 5", and as good performance / screen as possible for €150 —200.
Would help if it had dual sim to use for a while, but not a showstopper, as it would only be used for a while. Afterwards would just be used as a regular single sim phone. Need an micro sd slot, but could be one of the sim slots. I want to order that in the next week or so.

The second one is for an Xmas gift, so can order later.
Looking for a 5.5" good all rounder, with budget of €300.
Want it to work out of the box (Google play) so it can be given as a gift.
A lot of the flagship killers seem to push €400-500, and the Meizu m2 note pro or the Elephone P7000 seems good, but none with compromise especially as they are below my budget. Is there a better bang for buck for my budget, or has anyone got these to recommend.

Sorry for the long ask, but any help appreciated!

Ubik Uno, LeTV Le1 and ZUK Z1 all fit the second budget anyways

OPO 64GB for €299 would be my choice - especially as a gift.

Thanks. I like the look of the ZUK, and the international version has just gone on sale, so I'll wait for some feedback.

Anybody any thoughts on a good 5", with or without dual sim?

Bluboo x550 total cost was about 190 including customs.

  • Registered Users Posts: 18 JoeOD1998

has anyone ordered from oppomart before and been hit by customs?

    A good 5"....Z9 nubia mini?

I like that. Lot of Indian reviews, one complaining about software but most ok.
Is gearbest ok? There seem to be recommendations in posts, but then mention of avoiding because of what they had done. Or is there someone else safer to go for?

    Thanks
