Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

IBM Sales Job Offer

So I recently got an offer to work at IBM's Inside Sales (read - call centre!) in Blanch.

They're offering me a lot of money (€48000+) OTE - does anyone have any experience of working there in Sales?

Are the numbers to be believed if you put the hours in or is it just a lure? I know it is essentially a call centre, but is it livable? I searched and found two old threads that were pretty critical of the culture but it seems as though they've put a lot of money into this 'Digital Sales' theme - maybe its changed?

    All opinions appreciated :)

Don't work in sales but I can tell you you'd be in the newest office on the campus and the sales teams are treated well. No idea what their targets are like though.

I know two guys that have gone there from team leader roles in other sales offices and find it great. They would have gone from managing a team of 10 people to going back on the phones when they moved to IBM but they said the money was excellent
