    Does anyone know if radish can be eaten as they are bought or do they need to be cooked .Thanks in advance

    They can be eaten raw (after washing).

    FYP. Don't think I've ever eaten or even seen cooked radish before (and I eat a hell of a lot of radishes) .

    radish best served raw. but taste good roasted or pickled. when poached they become bland
