    Driving past Fitzwilliam Sq tonight I notice load of no parking cones all about Square and side streets. What is this in aid of? surely not pre mini marathon preparation? I planned to be in town tomorrow and it my usual park spot.

    Yes, mini marathon preparations. Plenty of signs in the area to say so
