Would VHI Cover Either of These?

I tried emailing them but they haven't got back to me - does anyone have experience with either of these (or even a general rule of thumb to reference)?

Porcelain Veneers (my teeth really are quite a state so it would be a massive transformation)
V-Beam Pulsed Dye Laser (I have chronic rosacea and again I would argue this goes beyond cosmetics as if you don't treat it while young it will escalate with swelling of the nose etc. I'm on an antibiotic cream but it doesn't do much).

    Regarding the veneers,
If regular Vhi medical then not a chance.
If Vhi dental or decare then maybe partial coverage...
