Heading to Perth in 3 weeks for just under a month. Anyone got any suggestions on what to do there?

Rottnest Island, Fremantle, wouldn't bother with the Pinnacles, ead south to Margaret river instead, check out the surfing.

yesterday's MB 200. 204 kms with an average of about 19kph. Finished in about 10.5 hours moving time. Super event, brilliantly friendly, both participants and organisers. Gorgeous roads and scenery. Weather was ok but the wind was chilly when exposed to it on high ground and on descents. Glad I made a last minute decision to go with my Assos Winter jacket instead of Gabba. Definitely needed it. Experienced all 4 seasons on the Sally Gap.

DO the WOW Wilderness Ecocruise in Walpole. One of the best things I did in Aus. The guy who does it is one in a million.

Wine/brewery tour in Margaret River. Take some time to drive around the area - loads of caves, lighthouses (really liked Leeuwin), there's a maze - if you want to kill an hour, watch the surfers. You could try caving/abseiling.

Busselton, lovely town. The Jetty there is very pretty. Dolphin watching - best chance to see them from the beach is before 11 am.

Yanchep National Park - cave, Koala's and tons of kangaroos towards late afternoon. Another place to see loads of kangaroos in the evening is Pinaroo Cemetry.

Pinnacles....long, long way to go, with feck all to see on the way, but they are impressive. You could head inland a bit, pretty towns including New Norcia.

Gnomesville in Fergusen Valley - you'd have to see it to believe :pac:
