Plug-in Container for Firefox has stopped working & Shockwave Flash giving trouble

Has anyone got these troubles with firefox above I've updated the flash & still gives me trouble & the plug-in container at times feels like its using dial-up as it stalls the page too much these days now & driving me insane.

Hi,

Is this happening to anyone else? as this is gotten really bad, that it takes forever to load the page & the same appears to be the same with chrome :mad:
