    Since last June I've lost 2 stone but have a good bit to go yet tbh. The last few weeks motivation seems to be gone. So I'm going to do a log here and be completely honest so during the day when I go for something fattening I can think, what will those people who I don't know and will never meet on boards think and I can put it back :) Essentially I've put a plan in place to lose weight and build muscle.

    And I'm off!
