Need Help Building This Editing Rig E1000

Okay so i have saved up just over E1000 and i need an awesome editing/gaming rig.

I need a site to buy all these parts for my budget. I dont mind if i have to go for the i7-4790k(unlocked) or the i7-4790 (locked) as im not too pushed to overclock.

If someone can do this build i will pay what it costs.

I want to go with the color scheme of white and black.

DS's build is good, except there's no point spending the extra money on a Z97 board (I assume?) with a Xeon chip.

I dot mind the color scheme just want a white and black case.
Also the only gaming i would do is minecraft so i dont want to boost gaming and reduce the editing .
Also where can i get the parts for cheap? I am based in kerry.

Sorry bout that :P mainly editing with small gaming like minecraft and gmod nothing really demanding. I want it for rendering 1080p videos, 3d simulations and streaming my ps4

Ah now, this yoke will stomp all over a PS4! Only a few slight changes anyways, try and bring the price down

No i have a PS4 and i want this computer for editing full HD videos and lots of intense 3D particle simulations and stuff.

It'll be a better gaming machine is what I mean. You might even see 60fps if you use it Even with the 270x you're leaving in it, it'll still be a very decent gaming machine if you want it to be.

The case you've got is compatible with the ASRock Pro4, so all you need from my links are the motherboard and Xeon, and maybe the SSD
