Yoga - what do I wear?

    1st class this week. Just wondering what kinda clothing do I wear? Male here btw.

    I usually just wear shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt. If the class is particular warm, just the shorts.

    Shorts, tee and ankle socks, would only go topless at bikram yoga and even then it's because you're effectively training in a sauna

    I find the t-shirt can get tangled up in your feet in some postures. It also can fall over your head if you are doing inverted postures, which is annoying. So if you are wearing a t-shirt, I would make sure it is tightly fitted.

    I don't wear socks though
