why is my bill 63.54?

    bundle 43.09

    service charges 8.57

    vat on 51.66 is 11.88
    63.54 total

    the service charge is for 3 days of emobile which i never recieved as the phone was not in stock.i cancelled well inside the 14days,
    why am i being charged for 3 days?
