I'm always the one to start these. :P



First up, Fractal Design's new Core 500 case. Looks to be kind of a poor man's Node 304, but with better radiator/fan support.




Next, their Node 202. This looks like an amazing HTPC/Console-killer case. Similar to Silverstone's FTZ01, but cheaper. The mounts are their for a 240mm rad, but I don't know as yet if one will actually fit or not.


ASUS announced a new Transformerbook - The T100HA



This thing looks very cool. Think one of their Android Transformers, but running Win 10 (when released), getting 14 hours battery, and charging via USB type-C.


ASRock (as well as others) showed off some Z170 (Skylake) motherboards:




Silverstone have announced a 700W SFX PSU.



This one seems a little silly to me though. If you've got enough power to run two GPUs, odds are you're looking for a small enough build as to require an SFX unit, but hey, innovation and all that.


SanDisk has also announced a 2TB Enterprise-class SSD for $999.

Coolermaster have a new modular case that while does point in the right direction is still miles behind what Phantek are making.

I was just about to post about that Cooler Master case. Looks very interesting. I wasn't aware of Phanteks making anything similar, what's a that about?

Never been mad on minimalist case designs like the Fractal stuff but something about the Evolv ATX grabs me

That removable radiator bracket actually made me say "holy shít". It's just such a fantastic idea.
And that foam on the side panel? FINALLY I've been yelling at people - seriously, I've sent a lot of emails - to do this for ages.

This might be my next personal case, though I still really like CM's idea depending on what server/harddrive options they'll offer.

Yeah, there's also the MasterCase Maker 5.

The idea I think is that they're presets of a sort, and you can buy other bits and pieces to make it what you like - Drive cages, inner floor panels, exterior panels, watercooling mounts, etc. I'd just like to see a 'bare chassis' option of some sort, as well as not-stupidly-priced panels and bits.

I'd hope a fully build chassis would cost in the range of a high-end 'normal' case - €200 or so.
