Hello there.

Can you tell us a little more about the problem please?
Are you able to see the little picture here --->
What forums do not the "New Thread" button?
Are you using the mobile site, or the full site?
What browser are you using?
Can you go to this forum and try to create a new thread there.

If you can create a thread there, go ahead and post something, and hit "Submit New Thread".

Let us know what happens when you try the above, and let us know if you're still having problems.
