This has happened a few timed now and again today. Why is this happening? I have a current account. The balance changes, but there is no record of this 'credit' in the log on the 365 homepage.

Wow, now the 10 eur that mysteriously added itself (without my permission) is gone. Can someone please explain why this is happening?

    Hi bb87,

Thank you for contacting us on Boards.

The balance displayed online is the most up to date information on your account. In relation to card transactions, the funds will debit your account immediately.  Although transactions may take some time to be fully processed by the retailer. Regrettably we have no control over the time frame a retailer can take to fully process transactions.

It would be difficult for us to determine the specific reason for this here without account access, please call Bank of Ireland Direct on 0818 365 365 and a representative with account access can look into any transactions you may have queries about.

    Thanks again,
    Sarah
