    I originally wanted it on my arm. The size of the tattoo is actually about the size of a 20 euro note. Anyway the artist didn't like the idea of it on my arm as a lot of the detail would be lost. So I settled for the back of my leg. However I have another idea for my arm that I may pitch to him in the next couple of months..

    The pain wouldn't bother me much. It's just making sure I'm happy with what's going on me.

    I've a few ideas might ask a local artist to draw them up :)

    Yea, not even close. Unpleasant if it's going over a patch where the bone is close to the skin like your shoulder blade, but mostly harmless :)

    That'll be uncomfortable at best and sore (but not intolerable) at worst. How's your pain threshold?

    Ankle is grand tbh. My worst was my shoulder blade area, but it's tolerable. If you have a decent pain threshold you'll be fine.
