    i love the little frogs in my country called gatalinka, had them on me palm and they were so lovely though very rare...

    Hi pals, I'm not well this week, stupid immune system and on my dad's in A&E with a suspected broken foot, but on the good side offline ATC is much better, my productivity has increased :)

    One of our number on our medieval weekend was making tea from herbs and flowers, one brew was lemon balm, scented rose petals, a little bit of thyme and honey - it was beeeeeeutiful! Lemon balm is a mild sedative apparently, good if you are a poor sleeper (not to be mixed with thyroid medication).

    phew, my dad's foot isn't broken, just a bad sprain :) they wanted to be on the safe side of things as he has osteoporosis so he had an x-ray

    I should be ok in a few days with a bit of rest and tlc, bit run down at moment and cos of that I have blisters and a boll in places I didn't know existed ( kind of did, but it hurts to move so more aware of it)

    Good news for your Dad so ATC, you gotta mind yourself though, we all wanna read this book and have you in good enough shape to be able to sign copies for us :D
