    Put 20 euro credit on meter last night.
    But 15 euro came up on the VDU.

    Why would this be the case?

    Hi Adrian4,

    Broadly speaking, that seems like you went into the emergency credit, which is automatically deducted then from the customer's next top-up.

    To speak with a dedicated PAYG agent in relation to your account specifically though, the PAYG team can be contacted on 1850 30 50 95 (lines are open until 8pm Monday to Saturday).
