best advice i can give you is always stick to singles and maybe a small double in case
only took me about 18 years

Gretzki is fancied in the 8 35 Dundalk,won the race last year and bids for a repeat tonight.
Comes from behind and can be a bit of a heart stopper but worth a few quid ew tonight.

Backed Longhouse Hall,fell early when heavily backed,Foundation who Frankie managed to hide in a small field and Oscar Blue,got up in the last stride save a whitewash.

Decent stakes on each so a losing day and the pints and whatever else tonight will drown sorrows rather than be celebratory.
