BEARDWOOD and JACBEQUICK take on each other again in the 2 55 at Lingfield and I will back BEARDWOOD to come out on top again as he appears to be in top form.

Welcome back and thanks again :D

If it was on turf I might,i have a feeling JACBEQUICK may have enough for the season and while BEARDWOOD has only run once on the AW the other horse has never run on it so while he may act on it I would not take the chance.

On his run behind Laurence he would have every chance but his last run suggested he needs a break.

    Good man Zimmermania

    I don't think Zimmer is a music fan☺

I can be a bit thick at times,i was a fan before most on here were born.

Zimmermania was not meant to be a tribute to the great man,the name is a veiled reference to a very private event-situation.

The 6 40 at Kempton is a "fast track" race where the winner gets into the big good Friday meeting at Lingfield, worth more than 22,000 sterling the race always attracts a good field and anything we back will be doing the best they can.
ENNAADD looks like being all the rage for this coming from the powerful Varian yard, won his last 3 races on the AW and was particularly impressive when beating IMPERIAL AVIATOR as a 2 year old in 2015 and won a poor enough race and then a better conditions race this year very easily.

Was not seen since and 227 days off the track was certainly not the plan so something was definitely amiss for most of this season.Would have a good chance if ready to go now but even if back to his best could have his work cut out to beat SOVEREIGN DEBT,a game and consistent powerful galloper with a good turn of foot.

Winner of a group 3 and placed in group 2 races, the grey gelding never seems to get the credit he deserves, punters seem to prefer potential rather than actual ability and he seems to start at a bigger price than it should be.

Guaranteed to be there at the finish I am hoping he drifts to an ew price as punters latch onto ENNAADD.
I am not saying ENNAADD cannot win,who knows how much he has improved?,what I am saying is SOVEREIGN DEBT has the best form in the race and is worth backing.

    a few fancies today

I agree with zimmer about SOVEREIGN DEBT

    and I also like

    chepstow 14:25

Loughalder drifted to 17's now but will go e/w as this is the track where he has had 4 wins out of 8 runs, and won his last run in may at Uttoexter so the main worry is how sharp he is after a lay off

Kayf Charmer 3pm 5-1. Chepstow only just missed out on the hat trick last time

unlucky SGT Pepper , looks like you tipped up the Sheppards in the wrong race :( , hey ho cant win them all , we might still get out ahead if Zimmers fancy comes in all over it @ 7/4

ENNAAD was very impressive despite the alarming drift,a banker for good Friday and if he was not 100% today then he is really very good.

impressive alright. Was in placing my bet on SD and I noticed Higher Power running in the race after it so I got my money back on that
and a little extra on cliff face

BEARDWOOD just beat a horse called READY a couple of days ago in a class 3 handicap when I suggested backing him.In his previous race READY won a class 4 handicap beating SUNGLIDER by just over 2 lengths,SUNGLIDER looked a winner that day and was eased a bit when caught late by READY.

SUNGLIDER runs in one of the worst maidens I have seen this year and the only possible danger is the fav ISSUE who disappointed last time and may not be too busy having his 3rd run. It is possible that LADS will be offering money back as a free bet if 2nd or 3rd to the fav at this meeting and if so SUNGLIDER is a maximum bet.Make sure to use a number of Lads offices as €25 is the max back.
If this offer is not available SUNGLIDER is still a very strong bet, runs in the 1 55 at Newcastle.

In the 1 25 at the same meeting HIGHLAND ACCLAIM is an ew bet ,has run two very good races from the front recently but won all his 4 races coming late and with a lot of pace in the race I hope he does not go to the front until the final furlong.

Zimmer, Highland Acclaim is probably a good e/w bet. His latest form is 1079733. Mind you he's a BF also.

Spanish City seems to be the horse tipped by most tipsters & NAP in the Guardian !

I might do MAPPIN TIME also. Tim Easterby tends to cause plenty of upsets.

    4.5 double

    e/w outsider
ten trees 1:30 Market rasen 6.50 CD winner
won at sedgefield last week and goes up in weights but still fancy it to beat zara hope

well that was a terrible ride by him, hanging at the back and had no chance then, not sure why but the sudden drift makes it seem like someone knew something!

still made a small profit on ten trees, which is better than losing

16.25 Lotara Newcastle. Won on a 5f furlong here in sept, should hopefully be thereabouts on a small e/w at 7/1.

A BAD DAY TODAY,Sunglider beaten by by one who was a maiden after 27 runs!!

I sacked SUPERSTA who is a course specialist in the 6 25 at Chelmsford PP going 4 places.

  • Registered Users Posts: 329 ✭✭pnpweirdo

Curzon line 7:00 Chelmsford. Backed him last week and he was unlucky to be beat. Hoping for better this evening.

  • Registered Users Posts: 329 ✭✭pnpweirdo

Going with Luke Morris in the last. He has no winners yet. Oyster card 8:00 chelm. 9/2 now 4's.

Best of luck. A bad day for me all around to say the least. One winner at tiny money.

well done fella, tricky race that

Cruzon line won so easy. Osyster card was a bad second. The race was there for the taken but he never looked comfortable.

5:15 Encanter 14-1 Newcastle, will be putting a small e/w on this, blinkers back on, winner last year and record is 14 runs, 2 wins and 5 places, 7lb claimer jock on board and could be todays 20-1 Gypsy Major which won yesterday

also Newcastle Epeius 6:15 4-1 is worth chancing
