Graphics card upgrade, advice needed

    Hey there,

    Im looking to upgrade my current card, its an AMD Radeon HD 7850

    My current spec is:
    i5-2500k 3.30ghz
    P8P67 PRO
    120 samsung ssd
    1gb hdd
    amazon 550w psu
    8gb ram
    windows 7 64-bit

    im having some issues with the card and gaming, i randomly get grey screens of death. Running all the latest drivers to no avail.
    So im going to try and rma the card.

    in the mean time i want to get a repalcement
    any advice?
    budget is 200euro

    GTX 750Ti would give slightly worse performance, about €140 new
    R9 270X is a step up from your card, its about €170-180
    Second hand R9 280X would be a good upgrade, its about €200
    Likewise with a GTX 960, about 200 or less second hand

    Im not completly au fait with my gpu's and manufacturers

    is this the same as the 280x you mentioned?

    Yeah it is, will hit for a little over budget if you're buying new though

    Cex sell the R9 280X for 195 with 12 month warranty, buy from their online shop.
