    Hi there
We have a phone system which I inherited
    Its freepbx / asterisk

Today we have no external calls in our out
Internal is fine as well as any sip trunks.

An eircom engineer verified that the line from the rad box to the phone system is ok. He was able to make a call on the line to my mobile to verify this.

Can annyone help / point me in the right direction to get urgent assistance?

    Hi Johnny,

Few questions to help troubleshoot it:
How does your phone line connect to the Asterisk box?
What type of lines do you have? (e.g. ISDN/BRA)
Was there any changes to your phone system?
Do you have admin access to the Asterisk box?
Do you know the version of Freepbx and Asterisk?

I suggest you divert your lines to a sip trunk that works as a temp. measure.

If you are stuck on any of these, please let me know.

What are you using to connect PSTN/ISDN line to pbx?
    Analog/Digital gateway? or card.

Sorry guys only getting back to this now after the commotion!
I managed to get the root password to the device.
Turns out one of the mount points was full and that was causing the issues!
Cleared down some logs and have added it to monthly checklist.
    Thanks for your responses though!!
