Can you identify this plant?

We found this growing in our compost heap so we put it into a pot and its doing fine now. No idea what it is though. I googled all the vegetables I could think of that we would eat and that may have ended up on the compost heap to see if it was one of those but no joy. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have know idea how it got in to your compost heap though!
