Is that a maker's mark I see on the blades? Could you google it and see what the company says?

I think it just says "Stainless Steel".

Are they by any chance steak knives?

The ones with the eye in the handle are from those hanging sets , and there are plenty of them on sale , but not with this type of knife .

The knives that I have seen on sale are half with teeth and other half blunt , whereas these knifes are sharp all the way and straight too.

Stainless steel is the only words written on them ..........cannot find the manufacturer anywhere .

    This any help? http://importfood.com/thai_knives.html

(This was from a Google search for - with quotes -

"stainless steel" "plastic handle" "sharp knife"

so hopefully a search something like this may help.)

Cant see the exact type on that website , but it may be helpful yet .

The knives are not unique in any way , and were purchased originally in pound shops / discount stores .
But they are way better than the ones on the market today .
We probably just need the right person to see this thread , and tell us where they can be bought .
