Small extension 6 inch cavity 4 inch cavity beads or kingspan ? Help needed

Hi doing a 6x3 extension of the kitchen at rear of house just looking for some info should I go with 6 or stick with 4 inch cavity . And whst type insulation should I go with costing fairly big standard 3 external walk with one 3 m ope. Vaulted celing will have rad n stove in build but just looking for personal experiences…
