    Just opened an account with Electric Ireland and registered for online billing. Was amazed to see the state of online billing account website - it took me back 10 years (source code - <!-- frameset_top_html.jsp: $Revision: #3 $ $Change: 71126 $ $DateTime: 2005/02/25 10:54:41 $ -->). And who uses frames these days? All I can say is that the first impressions of Electric Ireland's online billing facility are not good and for a company of your size, it doesn't say much about your commitment to customer service. Are there any plans to upgrade this abomination?
